Refund policy

One-time purchases
Requests for one-time product refunds should be made within 14 calendar days of purchase. We review whether the purchase has been materially used, downloaded, or installed when deciding the outcome.
If a full refund is approved, the related entitlement is revoked and access to the purchased product is removed.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the billing portal or through support. Cancellation stops future renewals and access generally continues through the end of the current paid period.
Subscription charges that have already posted are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved as an exception.
Partial refunds and billing disputes
Partial refunds are handled case by case and may require manual review before access is changed.
Chargebacks, card disputes, or reversed payments may result in immediate suspension of access while the issue is reviewed.
